Shipping & Return Policy

At Qustics-Shop.com, we offer a variety of shipping options to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Below are the key details:

1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 1-6 business days (typical)

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2 business days (typical)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and other factors. Please note that weekends and holidays may affect delivery times. Delivery transit times are typical transit times and not guaranteed.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping charges at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: All orders shipped within the Continental United States ship free.

  • International Shipping:
    - Canada as per cost on checkout page (live rates calculated based on postal code entered); 
    - All other Countries: require custom quotes. Please reach out to support@qustics.com for a free custom quote.

3. International Shipping: Customs, Tariffs, Duties

Orders with a delivery address outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and fees by the destination country. We ship all orders based on DAP (Delivered At Place) per Incoterms 2020. Any import fees, duties, tariffs, and any other costs or fees related to the import of goods are responsibility of the Buyer.

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 day, sometimes on the same day, from the date of purchase. Please allow additional time for processing during peak seasons or holidays.
 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. You can track your order on our website or via the shipping carrier’s website.
 

6. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. We recommend contacting the carrier directly if you experience significant delays.


 

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is shipped (for US Customers only).

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Customers must use the return shipping label provided by QUSTICS

  • Original ship-to address and return address are based in the United States
     

How to Return an Item:

  1. Please contact our customer service team at support@qustics.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

  2. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return and will provide a return shipping label.

  3. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange, minus a 15% restocking fee. No refund is granted for any damaged or used products.

  4. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.
     

Non-returnable Items:

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
     

Shipping Fees:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. 

  • The cost for the return shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.
     

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.
